If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Address changes can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once your glove box has been dispatched from our facility, we may not be able to intercept or redirect the shipment. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will verify your order details and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as quickly as possible. In such cases, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. Please do not use or install any item you believe was sent in error, as this may affect your ability to return it.
Etelux takes great care in packaging all products to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately. We are responsible for damage occurring during the shipping process and will replace the damaged part for you free of charge. To expedite the process, please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage along with your order number when you reach out.
Return shipping instructions will be provided to you by our customer support team once your return request has been authorized. Please do not send any items back without first obtaining a return authorization and specific mailing instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
