Q10: What is your warranty policy?

A: 1. Free warranty: All equipment enjoys 1-year (365 days) free warranty from the completion of installation and acceptance. We provide free repair and replacement of parts for quality failures caused by non-human factors;

2. Extended warranty: After the free warranty expires, you can purchase our extended warranty service to continue to enjoy full after-sales support;

3. All-weather service: 365-day uninterrupted service, whole-process one-stop maintenance, maintenance and technical training. We establish complete user equipment files for each customer.

Q11: What are the exclusions of the free warranty?

A: The free warranty does not cover failures and damages caused by: manual improper operation, unauthorized disassembly and modification of equipment, external impact and damage, natural disasters, power supply abnormality, use of non-matching accessories, and normal loss of wearing parts (gloves, filter cartridges, sealing rings, vacuum pump oil, etc.).

Q12: How to deal with equipment failure after sales?

A: 1. For simple faults: Our technical team provides remote guidance and troubleshooting via email or online video for free;

2. For complex faults: We have pre-configured common modular spare parts to realize rapid replacement and shorten maintenance cycle;

3. For on-site maintenance: We arrange professional engineers to go to the site according to the equipment situation and regional distribution. You can contact the after-sales team via the official email at any time.

Category 5: Equipment Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Q13: Daily maintenance suggestions for glove boxes?

A: 1. Record equipment operation data (water & oxygen content, operation content) after each use;

2. Regularly check glove wear, vacuum pump oil level (keep between upper and lower scale lines); replace vacuum pump oil regularly (at most every 2 years);

3. Clean the dew point / water & oxygen probe every 2-3 months to ensure detection accuracy;

4. Replace organic matter adsorption materials regularly if using organic solvents (at most every 1 year); replace filter cartridges at most every 2 years;

5. When the box contains toxic and harmful gases, connect the exhaust port to outdoor or conduct waste gas treatment.

Q14: Common minor faults and simple solutions?

A: 1. Circulation system cannot be started: It may be caused by voltage fluctuation and frequency converter protection. Shut down the device, wait for 1 minute and restart after the voltage is stable;

2. Antechamber cannot pump air or inflate: Check whether the antechamber door is tightly closed and the sealing ring is loose, and dredge the blocked air holes;

3. Abnormal pressure during cleaning: Check whether the cleaning valve is opened and whether the pipeline is bent and blocked, and adjust the intake pressure;

4. Low purification efficiency (water/oxygen content exceeds standard): Check whether the purification system needs regeneration or the filter element needs to be replaced. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact our after-sales technical team in time.

Q15: What should be noted for daily operation of the glove box?

A: 1. It is not recommended for multiple people to operate the equipment at the same time to avoid safety hazards caused by poor communication;

2. Prepare sufficient high-purity working gas and regeneration gas before startup, and set the working air pressure within the standard range of 0.4–0.6 MPa;

3. When using a large amount of organic solvents, turn off the circulation system first, perform cleaning after the experiment, and then restart the circulation;

4. Our standard glove boxes are not applicable to direct treatment of highly toxic and radioactive substances. Please order special customized equipment if you have such demands.
